Refugees deeply
This article discussed a U.N assembly of delegates that approved The New York Declaration for Refugees and Migrants. This is taking a more open and willing method of letting immigrants immigrate to many different countries easier. The U.N has to understand that we are in a current refugee crisis which we can no longer ignore. There are 65.3 million displaced people. This decleration encourages other countries to be more welcoming of refugees instead of being scared of them. People are worried that refugees will ruin their country but if everyone is willing to help out with this issue no country will suffer as much as they inticipate they will. This decleration wants countries to offer jobs and education to its refugees. This issue is very hard because it deals with all of humanity as well as mass human migration.Predident Obama will sit down with leaders from many countries around the world to colaberate over the amount of refugees a country can take and what commitments will they provide to help this issue. Up to 45 countries are planning on countibulting education for young refugees as well as emploment for adult refugees. This issue must be solved with colaberation because no country is helping this refugee crisis to purly help themselfs if every country helps out their will be no issue for anyone so you have to have a general want to help humanity and not just you and your people. Britain is scared that they will be foreced to deal with an overwelming amount of refugees and are terrified to many refugees will economically destroy their country. British Prime Minister Theresa May warned the essembly saying this decleration would cause "uncontrolable mass migration".
What you need to know about the Syria crisis
The Syrian Civil war has caused over 11 million people to flee from their homes because of violence and terror. These refugees have fled into the near by countries such as Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Turkey and Egypt. These neighboring countries are taking in all these refugees and are looking for other countries to help share the amount of refugees each country takes. The civil war has killed more then 250,00 people. in 2015 Russia begain bombing suspected ISIS bases. When Syrain refugees flee into Turkey there is a clash of cultures witch can create conflict. Refugees even take the risk of taking a raft across the mediteranian sea to land in greece in serch of a better life. Some Refugees live in camps because they have no where else to turn when they have no way to make money and need to survive some how. The struggles of paying rent and acess to clean drinking water are main problems for refugees. Alot of problems for these refugees stem from having not ability to work or get proper education. Half of all syrian refugees are under the age of 18. These children have also lost ever aspect of the life they once knew. It is going to take 7.7 billion dollars to repair the situation in Syria estimated by the UN. The best thing you can do to help is donate and spread the word that there are many refugees suffering in and around neighboring countries of Syria. This refugee issue in Syria grew rapidly from 2013 with 800,000 refugees to 2014 with 2.8 million refugees. The families that flee are risking their lives and they traval at night to avoid being shot by snipers and if the family is captured they usually make the father join the regime to fight.

The article I am summerizing is "Migrant crisis Migration to Europe explained in seven charts. In 2015 more than a million migrants came to Europe to seek a better life". A large number of these refugees settled in Turkey or Albania. The main countries that the refugees are fleeing from are Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Kosovo. The amount of refugees is measured in this article for the number of each European application for Asylum claims. Germany got the most claims in 2015 with 476,000. The total number of claims in Europe is 1,321,560. The international orginzation for Migration estimates that more than 1,800,000 refugees got into europe in 2015. A large percentage of the refugees are making the sea voyage across the mediterranean and travaling north to Balkan. During this voyage across the Mediterranean the IOM estimates 3,770 migrants died in 2015. Most of these deaths were in the traval from north Africa to Italy. Hungrey in 2015 had the highest proportion to its population in number of refugees that applied for asylum. The plan Europe has to help these refugees without one country doing most of the work to assist these people. This will be a collective effort where every country will do their part in resettling these refugees. The total amount of approved Asylum applications in 2015 was 292,540.
Part 2 Next, I will be summerizing the article "Syrian refugees start a new life in Norway through resettlement". The text starts off by a Syrian family receving a call on Kahramans first birthday the call was from the norwegian authorites saying that the family could live in Norway. They now live in Oslo Norway. Before moving to Norway this family lived in Aleppp, Syria. Hennan a member of the family say a man shot by a sniper in Aleppo. There was a woman that picked up the bread he dropped because she had a family to feed. The regular life in Syria is to go to work, make dinner, spend time with family and friends. Sherihan plays the flute and Hennan likes to read and talk about politics. Kahraman was born on june 24, 2013. Kahraman got sick and the doctor had to see the baby regularlly in Allepo to help him. The family left for Turkey instead and Hennan worked all day for little pay and the family could not afford medicine for Kahraman. Then the family turned to the UN fo help applying for the refugee resitelment program and got approved. They packed very light for their travals only the essensials. The family finally found a home and felt safe in Norway. The familly describes how it was even colder than they exspected. They were pleased to find Kurdish books in the libaray they felt free. Sherihan and Hennan both speak fluent Norwegion. They all hope the war in Syria ends soon and that their friends and family in Syria are safe. It is estimated that 1.45 million people worldwide will need resettlement by the end of 2017.
"One Family's Story from the Dem. Republic of Congo"
The attitude and emotions of this video was a feeling of rebelious and refusual to settle with the current way women are treated in the democratic republic. This video gives a accurate describtion of the struggles and oppression women face every day in congo. They have emotions of hope and determination to change the current enviernment in Congo. There is a problem of communication because there are four languages in Congo but the main language of Congo is french and this is what they are taught in school but avalibility of education is not always present. There seems to be a feeling of great dispare and corruption when a story is told where a large group of women from Congo were stopped by the congoneise military after traveling back from a market that they just walked miles in order to purchuse food for their family. The women were stopped and all of there food was taken from them and they were arrested for no reason and they were suxually assulted. Among these women was a 12 year old girl that was sexually abused. This describes the mercilus treatment women in Congo face everyday. The congonese military has no humanity in their treatment of others he describes how they do not see you as human and your life has no value or purpose to them thats why they are so cruel. The way this story relates to the others we will be learning about is that these refugees are just desperate to just find a place to be safe and not fear for their lives. In America we take the feeling of being safe for granted but these people truly feared for their life every second of everyday, this sounds exstreamly stressful and any person that goes through that would be very resilent to any challenges they would have to face after that.
How a Liberian Refugee is Liberating Child Soldiers at Scale
This story is told by Sheikh A. Turay who lived in Liberia went to America and now is trying to help Liberia reach its full potenial. From the start it sounds like liberia's conflict is very complicated and confusing because he says that because of the multiple rebel groups this caused many assasinations to occur and this can cause the people to be afraid and concerned of surviving in such a violent place. The war in 1989 caused many families to seek assistence in refugee camps. There is a feeling of hope when the UN creates an oppertunity for refugee children to attend school. Although many of the rebel groups started to attempt to gain more membership by convincing children to be child soilders. These children are not mature and will agree to join the rebel group because they are easiy to manipulate and do not understand death yet or the risk you are taking by joining a rebel group. Another feeling of hope came when the idea to use coco to replenish the Liberian econemy. This idea also tied into the revelionary thinking that if you supply the Liberian people with job oppertunites the country will heal its self through success through agricultural. These job oppertunites will be offered to former child soilders to stop children from dieing from war in Liberia. There is a serious feeling of progress because there are now three farms that are functioning to harvest and package the coco. Not to mention the company is turning a profit.
